Netflix has included a new section in its guidelines called 'Artistic Expressions', which details the plans to offer different types of programs to the audience. The company says that we would like our viewers to decide what is right for them, rather than Netflix censoring any artist or any content.

In its new guidelines, Netflix said that we want to be able to present different stories from different places, even if they differ from our personal values. Netflix told its employees that depending on your work, you may also have to work on such titles which you find harmful. If it's difficult for you to support our breadth of content, Netflix might not be the right place for you.

A Netflix spokesperson said that Netflix has discussed cultural issues with its employees for the past 18 months. The purpose behind this was so that the employees joining us can understand our point of view and can make the right decision after thinking about whether Netflix is ​​the right company for them or not.
