Concert Hall Blast and Shooting Near Moscow: Emergency services reported a shooting at a large concert hall near Moscow on Friday.

Three people in camouflage clothing opened fire at Crocus City Hall, according to RIA news agency.

RIA reported that police had arrived on the scene.

The video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, including a large crowd fleeing the hall, followed by gunshots.

In other video footage, people were seen lying motionless in pools of blood outside the hall.

The footage could not be verified immediately by Reuters.

There was an explosion and a fire in the building where the shooting occurred, according to TASS.

Online footage posted by the Kommersant newspaper showed smoke billowing from the concert venue building.
