Complaint in Bihar against suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, big allegations against two more leaders
This complaint has been filed by M Raju Nayyar, a resident of Pakki Sarai Chowk of Mithanpura police station area, regarding derogatory remarks towards Prophet Muhammad. The court has fixed June 21 for hearing.

A complaint has been filed on Friday in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) in Muzaffarpur, Bihar against three, including the suspended spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Nupur Sharma. Other accused include Yeti Narasimhanand and expelled BJP leader Naveen Jindal.
M Raju Nayyar has said that on June 9, he was watching a debate on a news channel at his residence. On being asked by the channel, all the accused made derogatory remarks towards Prophet Muhammad by raising questions on the particular religion. There is a sense of respect and reverence among people of all sects towards the Prophet.
The accused have done the work of disturbing social harmony by saying derogatory things against them. People were misled by giving provocative speeches. It can be stopped only through judicial process.
Nupur Sharma made controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad and Islam during the ongoing debate on Gyanvapi. Nupur was suspended for six years by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). After the action, Nupur had also spoken of taking back her words. On Nupur's statement, protests also started in the political corridor of Bihar. Vikas Insaan Party (VIP) led by former minister Mukesh Sahni had expressed anger. Dev Jyoti, the national spokesperson of the former ally of Bihar NDA, VIP, had said that suspending and expelling Nupur will not work, she should be sent to jail.
