In a statement issued by the state government, it has been said that this decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Apart from Home Minister Amit Shah, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Nagaland Deputy CM Y Patton and NPFLP leader TR Zeliang were also present in this meeting.
