Cloud burst in Jammu's Doda after Amarnath, jam on National Highway, no casualties till now

After Amarnath, an incident of cloudburst has come to light in Thathri of Doda district of Jammu this morning. The army camp here in Thathri was flooded. No casualties have been reported so far in this incident. There are also reports of several houses buried under the debris that fell along with the water from the mountain. However, no damage has been reported so far.

In this regard, Doda SSP Abdul Qayoom said that the vehicles have been pulled out and traffic has also started on the way. At the same time, due to the cloudburst before this, many vehicles got stuck in the soil and the highway was also closed, which was being opened.

Last Friday, 15 people have died due to cloudburst near Amarnath Cave. At the same time 45 people are still missing. Meanwhile, today i.e. on Saturday, the army has started its rescue operation in the morning. In this 6 people have been airlifted. At the same time, the unit of Mountain Rescue Team has also started working hard in search of the missing people.
