While demanding custody, the CBI told that court that Ramkrishna has remained elusive in response to many questions and she needs to be further questioned. The CBI has also told that court that there are several crucial evidences she needs to be confronted with to nail the truth in the case.
Though the CBI had demanded 14-day custody arguing that it has recovered over 2500 email exchanges with Anand Subramanian yet the court has so far granted seven-day custody.
