Chhattisgarh: Rape of deranged woman, body mutilated, rod inserted in her private parts

Raipur: Crime against women steeped to an all-time low after a deranged woman was brutally raped, and murdered in the state of Chattisgarh. In Chattisgarh’s Jojgir Champa, an incident shook the entire nation after the 56-year-old mentally challenged woman was not only raped but subjected to severe torture. After she died, her body was crushed to make it look like a road accident.

This case is of the Dabhra police station area of ​​the district, where a deranged woman lived. Sources have revealed that the woman slept on the footpath. Eight years ago her father died and two years ago, her mother left the world too. A retired woman working with her father used to give her food and water, and the deranged woman slept on the sidewalk of the shop next door.

The incident took place after 10 pm on April 5, when the victim was sleeping on the pavement after having food when a 31-year-old youth named Kishan Yadav forcibly raped the woman. First, he grabbed the victim's hair and dragged her to a nearby park, and raped her there. When the victim protested, she was punched and kicked in the eye. Even this did not satisfy the demon inside Yadav, so he put an iron rod in the private part of the woman.

When the woman died, he mutilated the body so badly that the police thought it was a case of a road accident, but when the autopsy report came, the brutality of the woman was revealed. Police later arrested the accused on the basis of CCTV footage. In the autopsy report, it was called murder. Police investigation and CCTV footage revealed that she was brutally assaulted and dragged on the road. The final autopsy report revealed that he was kicked in the abdomen, punched in the eye, slashed in his private part with a rod, and hit the head with a boulder.
