Changes in infrastructure will lead to rapid progress of Leh Ladakh, said Rajnath Singh

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir. During this, he inaugurated 75 infrastructure projects including Shyok Setu in Leh on Friday. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said in his address during the inauguration of the projects in Ladakh that 'the inauguration of such a large number of infrastructure projects simultaneously is a huge record in itself. All these construction works will prove to be very important in taking New India fast forward on the path of nature, I firmly believe.

Earlier yesterday, in his statement on Shaurya Diwas, he said that the country has made great progress in all fields under the leadership of PM Modi. Progress from Kashmir to Ladakh is progressing at a new pace. This state is touching new heights of development. However, I would like to say here that so far we have revealed the basis of development of this area. Now we have started walking towards North. Our journey will be completed when we implement the resolution passed unanimously in the Indian Parliament on 22 February 1949 and accordingly we reach our remaining parts like Gilgit, Balochistan (Baltistan) and Pakistan. Only then will India's development journey be completed.
