Case registered against abusive leader Shrikant Tyagi under Gangster Act, bulldozer on illegal possession
There was a ruckus once again in the Grand Omaxe Society of Noida on Sunday night. About half a dozen people tried to enter the society without permission at around 8.45 pm on Sunday night. In this case, 7 people have been arrested by the police and they are being interrogated.

The administration has run a bulldozer on the illegal occupation of Shrikant Tyagi in the Grand Omaxe Society. The team of Noida Authority reached Grand Omaxe Society with a bulldozer at around 9.30 am and started action. Along with this, Noida Police has registered a case against Shrikant Tyagi under Gangster Act. Shrikant Tyagi is accused of abusing the woman. There was an argument between the two over illegal occupation in the Grand Omaxe Society, the video of which went viral on social media. However, the police have not succeeded in nabbing the accused Shrikant Tyagi. He is still absconding.

Society members were seen celebrating after the demolition of the legitimate construction of Shrikant Tyagi at Grand Omaxe City in Noida. A resident of the society said, "We are happy with this action of the CM and CEO of Noida Authority. We were angry with their illegal construction and attitude."

Sujit Upadhyay, in-charge of Police Station Phase 2, has been suspended for negligence in the Grand Omaxe Society case located in Sector-93B, Noida. Noida Police Commissioner Alok Singh said that the investigation found that Sujit Upadhyay was negligent in this matter. On this whole matter, Alok Singh said that we have provided security to the victim's family.
