Can Team India Forget 2022: Joy of victory in 43 matches but the sorrow of 6 defeats; Out of Super-4 of 2 big tournaments

2022 has not been a good year for Team India. This year he had to face 6 heartbreaking defeats. Sunday's loss to Bangladesh was one of them. The Indian team lost to Bangladesh by just one wicket.

This defeat in the first match of the ODI series reminded the Indian fans of the defeat of the T20 World Cup, which was against England in Adelaide 25 days ago in the semi-finals. Then England beat us by 10 wickets. Prior to that, Team India was eliminated in the Super-4 round of the Asia Cup after losing to Pakistan and Sri Lanka. There are some defeats as well, which along with Team India, their fans would also like to forget.

Today we will discuss some such heartbreaking defeats of Team India. Will know how the pain of 6 defeats overshadowed the joy of 43 wins in all three formats.

Team India played 67 matches of all three formats in total this year. Won in 43, while lost in 20. One match was tied and 3 matches were inconclusive due to rain.

In December 2021, Team India went to South Africa to play 3 Tests and 3 ODIs. India won the first Test of the series by 113 runs. 2021 ended with this victory. Then came... 2022. South Africa beat us by 7 wickets in the first Test of the year and the second Test of the series. On the fourth day, South Africa achieved the target of 243 runs by losing just 3 wickets on a bouncy pitch. This also becomes important because Indian bowling had fast bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, and Siraj.
