Business News : Sale of Nykaa shares worth Rs 335 cr through block deal, Lighthouse offers base price of Rs 180
Lighthouse India Fund-III recently sold 30,000,000 shares of Nykaa at an average price of Rs 175.13 per share. Apart from this, Lighthouse India Fund III sold 96.89 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 171.75 per share. Segantiii India sold 33,73,243 shares on Nov 15 at an average price of Rs 199.24 per share.

Around 1.8 crore shares of Nykaa or 0.65% of the total stake will be sold by Lighthouse through a block deal today. Lighthouse India is expected to sell the shares at a price band of around Rs 180-183.5. The private equity player will sell shares worth Rs 335 crore in FSN E-Commerce Ventures through a block deal today. It is run by Nykaa.
Last Friday, TPG Growth sold Nykaa shares for over Rs 1,000 crore. Through the block deal, 5.42 crore shares of the company were sold at a price of Rs 184.55. The stock opened at Rs 179.70, down two per cent, at 9:20 am on the National Stock Exchange. On 21 November it was reported that private equity firm Lighthouse India would sell a stake worth Rs 320 crore in Nykaa owner FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd through a block deal. However, the buyer of the shares could not be ascertained.
Nykaa stock, which was listed in November 2021, is in focus these days. The mandatory lock-in period for pre-offer investors had ended on November 10. After that, there is a lot of selling of shares in Nykaa. Let us tell you that during the lock-in period, the promoter and investor cannot transfer or sell the pre-IPO securities to anyone else.
