Srikant Tyahi, the arrogant BJP leader who had planted trees, therefore, encroaching on the land abused a woman and her husband when she raised her voice against him, and also pushed her while the lady was merely telling her not to put plants in such a manner.

The administration has taken a big action against BJP leader Shrikant Tyagi, who committed indecency with a woman in Grand Omaxe Society of Noida. The arrogant leader who has planted trees, therefore, encroaching on the land abused a woman and her husband when she raised her voice against him, and also pushed her while the lady was merely telling her not to put plants in such a manner. Tyagi has illegal construction in Omaxe Society. On Monday morning, the administration reached here with a bulldozer and started breaking the illegal construction.
Tyagi's 15 henchmen had entered the society on Sunday night itself. They threw stones at people here and beat them up. Earlier, Shrikant Tyagi had abused a society woman and her husband. Twelve teams have been set up to arrest Tyagi.
The police have found the last location of Shrikant Tyagi between Haridwar and Rishikesh. His phone has been turned on and off about 10 times. He has also been imprisoned in CCTV at a place in Haridwar. After the incident, Noida Police Commissioner Alok Singh suspended Sujit Upadhyay, in charge of Police Station Phase-2. Param Hans Tiwari was brought in in his place. Action will be taken against the absconding Shrikant Tyagi under the Gangster Act. Apart from this, the property of the accused leader will also be attached.
Srikant Tyagi is absconding since the video went viral. In search, the police have raided Delhi, Uttarakhand, and UP. The officers said that till Shrikant Tyagi is not caught, the police will be stationed outside Shrikant Tyagi's house. Every movement of the family will be monitored. The police have seized four expensive vehicles of the accused.
