A fire broke out on the sets of Ranbir Kapoor starrer and filmmaker Luv Ranjan's untitled film on Friday afternoon. The fire broke out at Chitrakoot Studio in Andheri West area of Mumbai, where work was going on on the sets of the film. The studio had a set made of plastic and thermocol, so it is difficult to put out the fire. More than 12 fire tenders have reached the spot to douse the fire.
According to reports, the accident happened when pre-lighting was happening on the sets. Luv was planning to shoot a song for his film here. However, there is no report of any casualty in this accident. At the same time, the cause of the accident is not yet known. According to fire brigade officials, it is a level 2 fire.
Two sets of Rajshree Productions were also installed next to Luv Ranjan's set which caught fire. Sunny Deol's son and actor Rajveer Deol was also shooting here. The fire was so severe that it even reached their sets. However, no one has been hurt here too and the cast-crew has been sent home to stop the shooting of the film.
