Bihar Politics: BJP's dharna-demonstration against the government, all big leaders will be involved

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold a sit-in protest against the Nitish Kumar-led Mahagathbandhan government in Patna today. All the big leaders of BJP will be involved in this. Nitish Kumar left BJP and joined hands with Tejashwi Yadav yesterday. Today at 2 o'clock the oath-taking of the Grand Alliance government is going to take place. Nitish Kumar is about to take oath as the Chief Minister for the eighth time. Nitish Kumar has claimed the support of 164 MLAs.

BJP has become vocal against Nitish Kumar ever since he parted ways with NDA yesterday. BJP has accused Nitish Kumar of cheating. Ravi Shankar Prasad started the conference and said, first question - how and why did you come with us? You had left Lalu ji – when we were fighting against the fodder scam. When you talk of communalism, let me remind you that the Ram Janmabhoomi movement was at its peak when you joined hands with us.

Ravi Shankar Prasad further said, 'Whether Nitish Kumar won the 2020 elections under the leadership of Narendra Modi or not? When he won in the name of Narendra Modi, today he has insulted the support of the people of Bihar... what is this? If BJP was troubling you then why were you staying for 2 years.

Nitish Kumar submitted his resignation to Governor Fagu Chauhan at 4 pm on Tuesday and also staked claim to form the new government at 6 pm. Nitish has submitted a letter to the Governor with the support of 164 MLAs. He will form a new government with seven parties. There will be an oath-taking ceremony at 2 pm today in which Nitish Kumar will take oath as the Chief Minister for the 8th time and Tejashwi Yadav will become the Deputy CM for the second time.
