Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 Counselling Starts July 25 – All You Need to Know

Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 Counselling Starts July 25

Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 Counselling: The Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) registration for the counselling process has already started from July 11 and the first merit list will be released on July 25 for admission in B.Ed institutions.

The development came soon after the result of the B.Ed Joint Entrance exam was out on July 8. The qualified candidates should register themself for the counselling process, by visiting the official website of Bihar B.Ed i.e. biharcetbed-lnmu.in.

The qualified candidates should apply for the counselling process as soon as possible as the last date of registration is on Saturday, July 20.

To register themselves for counselling process, candidates should submit documents such as Bihar B. Ed CET Application Form 2024, joint entrance exam mark sheet, identity proof and other important documents.

After the counselling process, choice filling will be held for admission in 325 private and government B.Ed colleagues. Each candidate can choose a maximum of nine colleges and will be granted admission according to marks obtained in the joint entrance exam.

There are more than 34,000 thousand seats available across 325 government and private colleges in Bihar.

News18 reported that a total of 1,80,050 candidates cleared the B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination which was held on June 9.

The first merit list for admission to B.Ed colleagues will be released on July 25, the second merit list will be released on August 13 and the third one will be released on August 29.

After the first merit list is released candidates who will be selected are required to give Rs 3,000 as admission fees to the allotted colleges from August 26th to August 9th. Papers will be given to the candidates for verification from July 26 to August 10.

After the second list is out, candidates have to pay their admission fees between August 14 to 25 and the paper verification process will be done from August 14 to 27.

The candidates have to pay admission fees to the allotted collegaes from August 30 to September 9 after the third list is out and candidates will be able to verify their papers from August 30 to September 7.

However, to register for counselling process general category candidates have to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000, on the other hand, women, economically weaker sections, and backward category candidates have to pay Rs 750 as registration fees.

The Scheduled caste and Scheduled tribes candidates have to pay a sum of Rs 500 for registration.
