Biggest turnover in World Cup history, South Africa reach final after defeating England

In this match played between England and South Africa, South Africa won the toss and decided to bat. Batting first, the South African team scored 164 runs at the loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs. Chasing 165 runs, the England team could score only 158 runs in 20 overs and South Africa won the match. Tajmin Brits was the player of the match for South Africa. He scored 68 runs in 55 balls. The South African team, which came out to bat first, had a very strong start. A 96-run partnership for the first wicket between the two openers of the team pushed England to the backfoot. For a moment it looked like South Africa would reach 190 comfortably but the England bowlers came back in the match to reduce South Africa to 145/4 from 96/0 in 13.3 overs. Sophie Ecclestone took three wickets for England. Chasing 165 runs, the start of the England team was very good. The team had scored 53 runs without losing a wicket till the 5th over but in this match, South Africa made a great comeback and took two wickets at the score of 53 in the sixth over. From here South Africa came back in the match and England did not allow the batsmen to score fast runs. Nat Sciver-Brunt scored the highest 40 runs from the England team. But his team could not reach the victory.
