Bhumi Pednekar reached Mahakal's court, took Baba's blessings before the release of the film

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, Bheed is a socio-political drama film set against the backdrop of the pandemic-induced lockdown.

Bhumi has today shared pictures of Ujjain's Baba Mahakal's darshan from her Instagram account, in which she is seen with her sister Samiksha. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Bhumi Pednekar wrote, 'Need to feel the energy, the connectedness, the power. There is peace and security that needs to be felt. In the pictures, Bhumi and her sister Samiksha are seen in a traditional look in salwar suits and dupattas.
Along with Bhoomi, the rest of the devotees of Mahakal's court are also visible. Bhumi Pednekar had first darshan of Baba Mahakal, after which she offered prayers in other temples located in the temple premises and took his blessings. In the coming time, Bhumi Pednekar's 6 films are going to be released one after the other, in such a situation, she has taken the blessings of Mahakal even before the release of the films. Bhumi Pednekar's film Afwah opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui is scheduled to hit the theaters on February 24. The film is directed by Sudhir Mishra, while produced by Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar.
