Bail Granted to Raj Kundra in Pornography case
Raj Kundra moved to the high court for anticipatory bail in early August and is granted bail today
Raj Kundra, husband of Shilpa Shetty Kundra and a famous businessman got bail today and his case was registered by the Mumbai cyber police in 2020 in link to the pornographic films racket case. He got arrested in July.
In this case, the directors and owners of various over-the-top platforms and websites were booked for broadcasting content.
