'Attack' piled up at the box office on the very first day

John Abraham's most awaited action-packed film, 'Attack' hit the theaters on April 1. Directed by Lakshya Raj Anand, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh. In Attack, John is seen playing the role of a super-soldier.

John Abraham is a one-man army to save the nation in 'Attack' - Part 1. The film had a slow start at the box office as it is facing heavy competition from Jr NTR and Ram Charan's 'RRR', and Vivek Agnihotri's 'The Kashmir Files'. According to box office reports, the film earned around Rs 3 crore on the first day of release, though the film is still expected to pick up pace over the weekend.

There is a big reason behind the cold reaction of the audience to 'Attack' that people are still unable to get out of the hangover of Rajamouli's RRR. The film is also reaching close to 150 crores in the Hindi belt, it is still earning a lot at the box office amidst a tremendously positive atmosphere.
