Earlier today, The IMD (India Meteorological Department) stated that moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in parts of North Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the next 24 hours, and also issued a heavy rainfall warning for several districts. The warning wasn't just a warning as Chennai witnessed rain on Monday thus making the air chilly.
