Ankita Bhandari's postmortem report mentions drowning, injury marks found on her body

The final post-mortem report has arrived in the murder of receptionist Ankita Bhandari at Vantara resort in Ganga Bhogpur in Yamkeshwar of Pauri district of Uttarakhand. Death due to drowning has been confirmed in the report. Along with this, 4 to 5 injury marks have also come to the fore on the body. Ankita's family members have been shown the post-mortem report. At the same time, in the whole case, now tomorrow i.e. on Tuesday, the police will apply in the court for the remand of the accused. The one who is accused of killing Ankita is Pulkit Arya, son of former BJP leader and former minister Vinod Arya. He is the owner of the resort. Resort manager Saurabh Bhaskar and an employee Ankit Gupta have been accused of killing Ankita. Meanwhile, Ankita's mother's health had deteriorated in Srinagar. Today the police have taken the whole family to their village after getting Ankita's mother discharged from the hospital.
Former BJP leader Vinod Arya, the father of main accused Pulkit Arya, on Sunday called his son a straight child and denied all the allegations against him. Vinod Arya said, 'He is a simple child. He cares about his work. I want justice for both my son and the girl. The BJP expelled Vinod Arya and his son Ankit Arya from the party. Vinod Arya, however, claimed that he himself had resigned from the party on Saturday for a fair probe into the matter.
