Tripti Dimri Adds Pre-Owned Range Rover: Tripti Dimri, the Bollywood star who rose to fame with her exceptional acting in the film Animal, has recently made a significant purchase - a used Range Rover Sport. It has been rumored that she made the decision to trade in her long-time companion, the Renault Duster, in favor of this upscale and lavish SUV.

She was even spotted at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, with her black giant SUV. She hasn’t shared any pictures or posted about it on her social media yet. But there are multiple occasions where she was seen driving her tech loaded SUV in Mumbai.

As per the report, she has made a purchase of the earlier version of the Range Rover Sport. This particular model made its debut in the Indian market in 2018, with an initial price of Rs 86.71 lakh and the top-tier model priced at Rs 2.19 crore (all ex-showroom).

Now, here’s the question, why did she go for a used car? Well, cars especially luxury cars are considered to be depreciating assets. Their value drops massively over time. Sometimes it depreciates more than 50% of its actual price.

In this scenario, going for a second hand car instead of investing a big amount in a brand new one would be a smart choice.

This generation of the Range Rover Sport is equipped with a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine. It has a maximum power of 255 horsepower. The manufacturer also used to provide a large 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine producing 518 horsepower. Tripti Dimri's vehicle has an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Meanwhile, Dimri is not the only celebrity who has bought a second hand car. International cricketer Virat Kohli is also on the list and did the same. The star batsman has two Bentley Continental GTs. One is parked at his residence in Delhi and other in Mumbai. According to the report he bought these ultra luxury cars in 2018.
