A stampede broke out at a public meeting of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday evening. During this, 7 TDP workers died. According to the information received, this public meeting of Chandrababu Naidu was organized at Kandukuru in Nellore district. Police said that the injured have been taken to the hospital.
According to initial information, a large crowd gathered at the public meeting held at Kandukuru. Meanwhile, there was a scuffle and a stampede-like situation was created. Immediately after the stampede, Chandrababu Naidu canceled the public meeting.
