Opposition demands resignation of cabinet minister Ajay Mishra in Parliament on Lakhimpur incident. Opposition MPs created a ruckus in Parliament. Rahul Gandhi gave an adjournment notice on the issue. He said in the notice that the SIT of UP Police has termed the Lakhimpur violence as a well-planned conspiracy. The government should immediately sack Ajay Mishra. We demand from the government to provide justice to the victims. Slogans of 'Minister resign' were also raised in the Lok Sabha. Thereafter, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha were adjourned till 2 pm.

At the same time, the opposition created a ruckus in the Rajya Sabha over the demand to cancel the suspension of 12 MPs, so the Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till 12 noon.
