The central government will review the corona vaccination plan by the end of the year. The government has set a target of administering both doses to 65% of the country's adult population by the end of December itself. In the review of the central government, there will be a discussion on vaccinating children and giving booster doses to elders.

An official said that the situation regarding Omicron would be cleared by the end of December. For the time being, our priority is to increase the coverage of the second dose in adults. This will also include those who are at risk. According to government data, 135 crore doses have been administered across the country till Wednesday. 87.5% people have received the first dose, while 56% have received both the doses.
