Vaccination of 12-15 year olds may start from March

In view of the increasing cases of (Corona) and Omicron (Omicron), the vaccination of children between the age group of 12 to 14 years against corona can start from March. NTAGI President Dr NK Arora mentioned this on Monday.

Preparations are being made to increase the scope of the vaccine available to persons below the age of 15 to 18 years as the only treatment for corona at this time is being considered as the vaccine itself.

Dr. NK Arora, President of India's National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI), working against Corona, has said that the vaccination of children in the age group of 12-14 can start in India from March, because by then 15- The population over the age of 18 is likely to be fully vaccinated.
