Tragic road accident in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, 7 killed, 45 injured

A painful road accident has come to the fore in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh where a bus got into an accident last night. In this 7 people died and 45 people were injured. According to Tirupati's Superintendent of Police (SP), the cause of the accident is believed to be the negligence of the driver. He said the accident took place when the bus fell off a cliff due to driver's negligence at Bakrapeta, 25 km from Tirupati. 7 people died in this accident whereas, 45 people have been injured.

On getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the nearest hospital. Along with this, the police have taken the bodies in their possession and sent them for post-mortem.
