There's a Lot...’: CBI Official Reveals Strong Evidence in RG Kar Doctor Rape-Murder Case

BJP leader accused Mamta of incompetence for letting the evidence get tampered with by allowing people to enter the crime scene and trying to hide the incident initially.

"The incident reportedly took place in the seminar hall on the third floor of RG Kar Hospital. Social media and certain news channels have circulated a video suggesting that evidence may have been tampered with, based on people seen standing in the footage. Let me clarify that the seminar hall is a room measuring 51 feet by 32 feet. When the body was discovered, hospital curtains were used to cordon off the area, and 40 feet from the body no one was allowed to enter. Only designated people were allowed to enter the cordoned-off area" Kolkata Police DC CD Indira Mukherjee said.

Sanjoy Roy the primary accused of the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital rape case is now suspected of molesting another woman in the red-light area in South Kolkata, called Chetla. Sandip Ghosh has been charged with The agency has charged Ghosh under Section 120B of the IPC, Section 420 IPC, and Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, because of an accusation of bribery during his tenure.

CBI did a second round of polygraph tests on former RG Kar Hospital principal and others. This decision was made because of the inconsistency of their statement. CBI reveals the evidence against Sanjay Roy are his clothes, underwear, blood samples, and CCTV footage from the hospital which he wore during the crime he committed.
