Voting for all the seats in Goa and Uttarakhand is to be held tomorrow. For this the security arrangements have been completed. Polling personnel have either reached their places of posting or will reach after some time.
Elections are to be held in Uttar Pradesh in seven phases. Talking about the second phase of polling to be held in UP tomorrow, votes will be cast in 55 seats of the state tomorrow. During this, voters will lock the future of 586 candidates standing in these seats in EVMs. Around 17,000 polling stations have been set up for the second phase of polling. The BJP had won 40 seats in the 2017 elections on the seats to be held in this phase.
The Samajwadi Party had won 13 seats and the Bahujan Samaj Party two seats. In the seats where elections are to be held tomorrow, seven assembly seats under Saharanpur, eight in Bijnor, six in Moradabad, four in Sambhal, five in Rampur, four in Amroha, six in Badaun, nine in Bareilly, five in Shahjahanpur. Voting will take place. Tomorrow 2,01,42,441 voters will decide the fate of the candidates. However, the Election Commission has made all its preparations for this phase. In such a situation, the polling parties will leave today.
