The promotion of Shahid Kapoor's film will start in the first week of April

The first big clash at the box office in April will be between KGF Chapter 2 and Jarsi. Both the films are set to release in theaters on April 14. The promotions of KGF 2's team will pick up with the release of the trailer on March 27, while Jarsee's Toofani promotions will start from the first week of April. For this, the team of the film has made some mega plans with Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur.

Jarsee is the official remake of the Telugu film of the same name. It is a sports film, in which Shahid plays a cricketer who wants to return to the field after a long gap. Jarsee was earlier scheduled to release in theaters on December 31, but due to the fear of a third wave in December, restrictions had started, so the film's release was postponed.

Jarsee is a holiday release, as April 14 (Thursday) will be a holiday for Ambedkar Jayanti, Mahavir Jayanti and Baisakhi. According to sources close to Jarsi, the team of the film will start the promotions in the first week itself. Under this, Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur will tour many cities and interact with the audience. At the same time, the film team will participate in popular TV shows. Jersey is based on cricket, so the film is also being tied up with IPL.
