Terrorists encounter with security forces in Kashmir
This is the 74th encounter of the year. A parent who turned terrorist requested his son to surrender his arms. An encounter broke out in Kulgam's Hadigam area in the morning where two terrorists surrendered on the appeal of parents and police.
An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in South Kashmir's Kulgam district. After receiving information about the presence of terrorists, a joint team of police, army and CRPF launched a search operation in the area. The hiding terrorists fired upon the security forces. Retaliation is on and two to three terrorists are believed to have been surrounded.

On behalf of IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar, it has been said that if every parent appeals to their terrorist sons to give up the path of violence, whether they are trapped during live encounter or have joined terrorism, then many lives will be saved as two lives were saved in today's encounter. A joint search operation was launched by Indian Army and JKP in Hadigam area of Kulgam. The terrorists were locked in the house and their families were brought. Both the terrorists surrendered in the morning.
