Telangana Board Announces Junior College Holidays From October 6: Check First Term Schedule

Telangana junior college holidays October: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has declared the Telangana first term holidays 2024 for junior college. According to the Telangana college holiday schedule announcement, all schools and educational institutions including government, private aided, private unaided, cooperative, and welfare colleges will remain shut from October 6 to October 13.

This decision has been taken by the board so that along with students teachers can also enjoy this festive season.

The official statement by the TSBIE reads, “The Principals of all Government/Private Aided/Private Un-Aided/Co-Operative/ TG Residential/TG Social Welfare Residential/TG Tribal Welfare Residential/TG Model Schools/TG BC Welfare/TMRJC/KGBV/Incentive Junior Colleges and Composite Degree Colleges offering a two-year intermediate programme are informed that the first term holidays for junior colleges have been declared from 06-10-2024 to 13-10-2024 (including both days) and will be reopened on 14-10-2024.”

The college management has instructed all District Intermediate Education Officers (DIEOs) to monitor that the Telangana college holiday schedule is being followed by every institution.

The Telangana Board first-year intermediate admission deadline has recently been updated to October 15 in the Telangana Board academic calendar. Earlier, the last date to register for the intermediate programs was September 15.
