Taliban says, Panjshir ‘In Control’, Resistance Denies Claim: Report
Amrullah Saleh, former vice president, one of the leaders of the opposition forces, explained his side had not given up.
Taliban sources explained the terror group had on Friday seized the Panjshir valley north of Kabul, the province of Afghanistan hold out against it.
This was not possible to confirm the reports immediately, which if correct would provide the Taliban full control of Afghanistan, which they did not get when they ruled the country between 1996 and 2001.
