The Supreme Court said that it will not stop hearing the air pollution case and will not give a final order on it for now. The court said that keeping in view the gravity of the matter, it will continue to hear it. The court has fixed November 29 for the next hearing.
The court questioned the measures being taken by the central government. In response, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that the air quality is likely to improve in a few days. We will review the situation after 3 days. The court said to take necessary steps to reduce pollution for the next 3 days. The court said that if there is any improvement, then some of the bans can be lifted.
