IIT has provided courses in design, management, and other subjects with arts and commerce backgrounds.
To take admission in IIT is the goal of every engineering student in India. Everyone wants a chance to share the brand name of IIT’s but what options do students have who hail from non-technical backgrounds? There are still some ways for you to get into an IIT while doing the subject of your choice. Many IITs offer courses of design, management, and different subjects for students with arts and commerce backgrounds.
Bachelor of Design is the first course which is offered by IIT. The eligibility criteria of this course is a student who has completed class 12 and is under the age of 24 years can participate in the entrance exam for admission.
Master of Design is a two-year postgraduate course whose admission criteria is a candidate who has done a degree, diploma or postgraduate course of at least three years can apply in this course.
