Shraddha Murder Case: Aftab withdraws his bail plea, there was a little miscommunication

Aftab Amin Poonawala, accused in the Shraddha Walkar Murder Case in Delhi's Mehrauli area, on Thursday withdrew his bail plea in South Delhi's Saket Court. During the hearing, the lawyer told that he had talked to Aftab for 50 minutes after going to the jail. After that came to the court again today but during this Aftab told the judge that he wanted to withdraw his plea.
Aftab's lawyer MS Khan told the judge that there was a slight miscommunication which led to the blunder. Now this type of miscommunication will not happen again. The court took the statement of Aftab's lawyer on record. Aftab, accused of strangulating his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar and dismembering her body into 35 pieces, had told the Delhi court during the hearing on December 17 that he had signed the Vakalatnama, but he It was not known that a bail application would be filed on his behalf. According to the information revealed in the police investigation, Shraddha was murdered on May 18. In the case, Aftab is accused of killing his live-in partner Shraddha and crossing the limits of brutality with her dead body. After killing Shraddha, he cut the dead body into 35 pieces and kept them in the fridge and kept them at different places for months. DNA of Shraddha's father matched with the bones found in the forest. Some bone samples recovered by the police in the Shraddha murder case have matched with the DNA of Shraddha's father. From this it became clear that those bones belonged to Shraddha. These were collected from the forests of Delhi Police Mehrauli and Gurugram.
