Serious allegations against Anil Deshmukh

The ED, which is probing the allegations of corruption against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, has told in its chargesheet that Anil Deshmukh has taken unfair advantage of his post since 1992.

It has been told in the chargesheet that Deshmukh earned money through many wrong ways and made property. It has been claimed that many companies were also created and money earned illegally was used in 13 companies created. Whose owner was Anil Deshmukh's son Hrishikesh Deshmukh, Salil Deshmukh and his close friends. Anil Deshmukh had also attached many government employees with him and got them to work.

The ED, which is probing the 100 crore recovery case, has recorded the statements of about 51 people in this case. In which statements of IAS, IPS, politicians, CA and many times owners are included.

The ED has also told that in the investigation of this case, Anil Deshmukh's son Hrishikesh Deshmukh, second son Salil Deshmukh and Anil Deshmukh's wife Aarti Deshmukh did not cooperate with him in the investigation.

On the demand of 2 crores, Sachin Wajhe had said that he would not be able to give that much money, then Anil Deshmukh said that there is no hurry, give it in some time. The ED said in its chargesheet that on the basis of the evidence it is clear that Anil Deshmukh was the main role in bringing Sachin Vajhe back to Mumbai Police.
