The doctors of Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital have said that former Indian Cricket Team Captain and BCCI President Saurabh Ganguly has tested positive for the Delta Variant of the Coronavirus. When tested positive for Covid, Ganguly was immediately admitted to the hospital as precautionary measure, but was discharged within four days. He’s in home isolation under the supervision of doctors.
Initially, Mr Ganguly was suspected and tested for the Omnicron variant of the Corona Virus, but the reports showed that he was actually infected with the Delta Plus variant.
