Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria reveal their favourite home workouts for a fitness app
The trio took to their various social media accounts to post a teaser video of their warm-up training sessions, for the new fitness application – Power. All three videos of the girls showcased different styles of workouts for Focus app users.
Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Tara Sutaria all began their huge Bollywood careers around the same time and are now working together to not just kill in stunning sports bralette fashion moments during their training sessions, but also to release their new exciting fitness programmes.
The three Bollywood actresses are inspiring fitness enthusiasts to hit the gym with no equipment, it involves Ananya's no-equipment home and gym workouts for newbies, Sara's fat reduction workout routine and Tara's Pilates and ballet-inspired routine.

Sara shared her workout routine and wrote to her follower how her own fitness path has completely changed her life, and how it is not an exaggeration to say that it has virtually defined her. Her caption read, “My own fitness journey has truly transformed my life and it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that it almost defines me. And that’s why I’m so glad to finally be able to share my Home and Gym workout routines with you guys! These are designed for fat loss, strength training and to improve your overall fitness.”
Ananya also took to her Instagram handle to share a glimpse into her fitness programmes. Her caption said, “You guys!! My fitness programmes are here! I have SO many workouts for exercising at home with no equipment or at the gym, and they are going to make working out together so much fun!”
She advised her followers to simply put on some fun music and workout along with it using the Power app, she also explained how each of her workout routines were easy to follow for beginners.
Tara's admirers can attest to the fact that ballet is an important part of her life, therefore her Power App workouts were inspired not just by the dancing form but also by barre and Pilates.
Tara shared in the caption for the workout teaser video, “You really don’t need any experience or equipment to exercise with me from home and to start feeling so much better physically and mentally There are so many routines to choose from and I’ll be by your side guiding you through the workout every single time!”
