According to trade reports, RRR (Hindi) collections have fallen by about 45 per cent on Monday as compared to Sunday. At the same time, the film has made a gross collection of 900 crores at the worldwide box office, making a new record.
The Hindi version of RRR added 7 crores on Monday (April 4), taking the 11-day net collection of the film to 191.59 crores, that is, the film now needs 8.41 crores to reach 200 crores. Looking at the collections till Sunday, the trade expected that the film would cross the 200 crore mark on Tuesday, but after seeing Monday's collections, it may take a day or two more to collect.
RRR, which released in theaters on March 25, took an opening of 20.07 and has been earning in double digits since then. The film had collected 132.59 crores in the first week. The film took only 5 days to reach 100 crores.
