Rain in Uttarakhand caused devastation, 47 killed, Chardham Yatra also stopped

Landslides combined with two days of rain in Uttarakhand have caused huge destruction. The news of the death of about 47 people has come to the fore in the havoc of this natural disaster. However, it has had the biggest impact on Kumaon. In Uttarakhand, landslides and rains wreaked havoc in places like Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar, Haldwani, etc., due to which there has been huge destruction. About 28 people have died from Nainital due to this devastation. While 12 deaths have been reported from Almora and Champawat. So the news of the death of 2 people has also come out from the same Udham Singh Nagar and Pithoragarh. So far 47 people have died due to this massive devastation in Uttarakhand. At present, the rescue team is busy with its work. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami spoke to PM Modi Ji, Air Force has also been involved in relief and rescue work.
Due to the heavy rains in Nainital, the water of Naini Lake has reached the surrounding areas. Nainital had to face a lot of problems due to the loss of connectivity with Uttarakhand. However, the contact has been reconnected. Despite the continuous torrential rains, the roads have been opened. Debris has been cleared from the roads. The road has been opened for tourists. Now tourists are leaving for their homes via Kaladhungi and Haldwani.
