70% of Kyiv lost power on Thursday morning following renewed missile attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure by Russian military forces. Russia's airstrikes late on Wednesday caused power outages across much of Ukraine, including Kyiv. These attacks on the already troubled Ukrainian electricity network have worsened the situation as winter sets in. The attacks have also caused a power outage in neighboring Moldova.
