A new circuit house has been built to provide facilities to devotees and tourists at the Somnath Temple. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch it on January 21 through video conferencing. According to the Prime Minister’s office, PM Modi will also give a keynote address on this occasion.

Somnath Temple is internationally famous and people from all over the world visit to see it. The new Circuit House will serve the purpose of providing additional facilities to visitors and devotees.
According to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s office, “Somnath Temple is visited by lakhs of devotees from India and abroad every year. The need for the new Circuit House was felt as the existing government facility was located far off from the temple.”
It added, “The new Circuit House has been built at a cost of over Rs 30 crore and is located near the Somnath Temple. It is equipped with top class facilities including suites, VIP and deluxe rooms, conference room, auditorium hall etc. The landscaping has been done in such a manner that sea view is available from every room.”
