PM Kisan 12th Installment: Diwali gift to farmers, PM will release 12th installment of PM Kisan tomorrow
PM Modi will also launch the Indian Mass Fertilizer Project (Bhartiya Jan Urvarak Pariyojana). Under the 'One Nation One Fertilizer' mission, the Prime Minister will launch Bharat Urea Bags, which will help companies market fertilizers under a single brand name of 'Bharat'.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 12th installment of 16 thousand crore rupees tomorrow under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This amount will be released through Direct Benefit Transfer. Under this scheme, eligible farmer families are given six thousand rupees every year in three equal installments of two thousand rupees each. So far more than two lakh crore eligible farmer families have got benefits under PM KISAN.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also inaugurate the PM Kisan Samman Sammelan 2022 (PM Kisan Samman Sammelan) at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute in New Delhi on October 17. More than 13 thousand farmers and about one thousand five hundred agricultural startups from across the country will participate in the conference. More than one crore farmers from various institutions will also be virtually connected to this program. Researchers, policy makers and other stakeholders will also be present in the conference.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 12th installment of Rs 16,000 crore to more than 10 crore farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme on October 17. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme was launched in 2019. The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to all the eligible farmer families of the country.
