Pele Funeral: Last farewell to the great Pele, body kept in the stadium of Santos Club, see photos here

The body of legendary Brazilian footballer Pele has been laid to rest at the stadium of his former club Santos FC. Fans are continuously arriving to see Pele at the Vila Belmiro stadium in Sao Paulo. Pele's body will be kept here for the next 24 hours. His last rites will be performed on Tuesday (January 3) after 6:30 pm Indian time.

Edson Arantes do Nascimento i.e. Pele died on Thursday (December 29) from cancer. He was 82 years old. Pele led Brazil to three World Cup victories.
