Pakistan Mirage Jet vs Indian Air Defence System: Here’s What Happened
These visuals were shown in an AV before the press conferences of all three services on Monday.
Pakistan Mirage Jet vs Indian Air Defence System: During the other hostilities between the two nations after New Delhi launched Operation Sindoor to strike terror-related facilities in PoJK and elsewhere on May 7, the Indian Army showed debris of the Pakistani Mirage 2000 shelling destroyed by that air defence system.
These visuals were shown in an AV before the press conferences of all three services on Monday.

At the very beginning of the video, the PAF Mirage could be seen in a state of destruction. This shattered state was ushered in by the Indian Air Defence system, which successfully thwarted all but a tiny fraction of the attacks hailing from across the border.
The attacks from Pakistan, whether from fighter jets or the use of drones or missiles, were thwarted by the combined force of Integrated air command and control, Akash missiles, and other indigenous systems, said the Director General of Air Operations, Air Marshal A K Bharti.
Indian attacks on Pakistani airbases
While Pakistan mostly failed in its attacks on Indian military installations, the neighbours weren't so lucky. Two Pakistani airbases that were devastated by the assault by the Indian Air Force were showed by Air Marshal A K Bharti at the press conference on Monday.
“As you can see, we have targeted the length and breadth of the adversary. I'm sure most of you would have already seen the effect of these strikes on the ground, courtesy of a large number of videos and photographs being circulated in the media,” the DGAO told the media. Also Read: Donald Trump Offers Mediation as Questions Arise Over India-Pakistan Ceasefire Role
The Air Marshal showed a few examples of these strikes sourced from open sources.
"In fact, two of them, this is a strike on the new Kanir base. And you can see the fact, I'm sure most of you have seen the video, I've also picked it up from your sources only. And this is the aftermath of our strike at Rahim Yar Khan Airbase. You can see the massive crater that it has left on its runway. And you can see the pinpoint accuracy of our weapons,” he added.
