Omicron's protocols on New Year's celebrations in Mumbai, what rules will apply?

In view of the increasing figures of the new variant of Corona, Omicron, the Mumbai Police has imposed Section 144 in the city. No big event will be allowed. Only 50 percent people of the capacity of the open space or closed hall will be allowed to attend the event. If a crowd of more than one thousand is gathering, then the emergency department will have to be informed.

Any kind of rally or demonstration in public places has been banned. People taking both doses of vaccine will be allowed in malls, shops and establishments. The scrutiny of vaccine certificates will be increased in public places.
