As per the final merit list released on neet.nta.nic.in, Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has secured All India Rank 1 in NEET UG 2025 with a perfect percentile of 99.9999547 in the General category. Avika Aggarwal from Delhi NCT is the female topper in NEET UG 2025. She has scored 99.9996832 percentile and has obtained NEET UG rank 5.
Result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET UG 2025 has been announced, the National Testing Agency (NTA) said in a post on X. Students can check their scores at neet.nta.nic.in. The agency will also share cut-off marks, the toppers' list and other details about the result.
The results of NEET 2025 have been made available. For students eagerly anticipating the results, the scorecard is accessible on the official website, www.neet.nta.nic.in. It is important for students to understand that this is the official NEET website and that they should not use any other website to access their results.
Based on past performance, NTA is likely to make the announcement a few days in advance. NTA will also make the NEET UG scores and merit list 2025 available. NEET 2025 results include the candidate's name, percentage, total score, and NEET cutoff score. Once candidates have downloaded their NEET UG results, they should carefully review these details. NTA will also release the results and the NEET cutoff for 2025.

Among a total of 22,09,318 candidates who appeared for the NEET UG exam, as many as 7,22,462 female candidates qualified for the exam, while 5,14,063 male candidates cleared the exam.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the NEET UG examination on May 4 this year, for which around 22.7 lakh NEET aspirants appeared. The NTA conducted the medical entrance exam in 14 centres abroad, in addition to 557 Indian cities.
