BCCI secretary Jay shah on weekday said that MS Dhoni won't be charging any reward for his services once he joins the Indian team as a mentor for the T20 World Cup. “MS Dhoni isn't charging any honorarium for his services because the mentor of Indian team for the T20 World Cup,” BCCI Secretary Jay Shah to ANI.

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly additionally told PTI the same on Tuesday. “Dhoni won't charge something to mentor the Indian team,” Ganguly said.

Dhoni, who leads Chennai Super Kings, is a 3-time IPL-triumphing captain and has introduced domestic 3 essential ICC trophies — World T20, Champions Trophy and World Cup.
