Lalu Prasad Yadav: Lalu Yadav appeals to CBI court for passport, can go to Singapore for treatment

RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav has filed an application in the CBI court in Ranchi seeking permission to release the passport for two months. He wants to go outside the country for treatment. Lalu Prasad's advocate Prabhat Kumar has filed an application on behalf of Lalu Prasad Yadav. His application has been accepted by the CBI court. The matter will come up for hearing on September 16.

Lalu Prasad Yadav has been sentenced by the CBI court in four different cases of fodder scam. A few months back, he was granted bail by the High Court. As per the conditions of the bail, he cannot leave the country without the permission of the court. Giving information, advocate Prabhat Kumar said that on the application of Lalu Prasad, the case will be presented by the CBI. After that the court will give its decision.

Lalu Yadav was also asked to prepare a donor. Only 10 percent of his kidney was functioning. According to the doctor, the creatinine level of the kidney should remain below one, but in Lalu Prasad Yadav's body it was more than 5. However, he has been brought under control after about a month of treatment at AIIMS.
