RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav has filed an application in the CBI court in Ranchi seeking permission to release the passport for two months. He wants to go outside the country for treatment. Lalu Prasad's advocate Prabhat Kumar has filed an application on behalf of Lalu Prasad Yadav. His application has been accepted by the CBI court. The matter will come up for hearing on September 16.

As per the conditions of the bail, he cannot leave the country without the permission of the court.
